David Stapp

David Stapp is dedicated to helping customers, whether a first-time homebuyer, second home or investment property ownership, David understands the concept of homeownership. Though David is familiar with nearly all aspects of lending, his main goal is to offer the customer the best product that suits their needs. He guides his clients through the entire mortgage process—from loan origination through closing—with a high level of service and care.

Originally from Winnsboro, La, David moved to Lafayette, Louisiana in 2000 and attended the University of Lafayette.  David joined Milestone Mortgage in 2020.

In his free time, David enjoys spending time with his wife, Danielle and their daughters Scottie and Lila.  David also enjoys playing all sports, as well and hunting and traveling with family and friends.  David is an active board member of the Beavers Club of Lafayette and the Acadiana Mortgage Lending Association.  For all of your mortgage needs, call David.
