Required:
-Valid Passport or Visa required
-1003 to be completed using borrower foreign Home address and employment
-Must disclose borrower primary residence on REO section of 1003 and all other properties borrower owns in America
-Funds to close must be seasoned 60 days. Funds must be wired to title/settlement company three business days before closing
-Credit reference. One of the following must be provided.
1. An international credit report
2. An original credit reference from borrowers bank in their country of origin confirming borrower has bank accounts and is in good standing
3. Two months bank statements from borrowers bank from their country of origin.
